We required 4 hours notice to change or cancel any reservation. However, last minute unexpected changes will do our best to accommodate to assist our guest. Any no show, change or cancelation of trip less than 4 hours notice, you may incur a nominal fee to cover expenses.
Additional charges will assessed for wait time on a residential, hotel, or business pickups after the fifteen (15) minute grace period. No charge for wait time on an airport, cruise terminal, or train station arrivals.
Our waiting policy allows 1 ½ hours for domestic and 2 ½ hours for international flights and cruise terminals. Please communicate with us wait goes longer than allowable time so that you are not marked a no show.
Unscheduled stops will result in additional charges.
Toll road usage may be requested by the guest the amount of the toll charges can be added to the bill for guest convenient.
Excess luggage rule of thumb is 2 bags per person. We don’t charge for oversized luggage, but please let us know of all the luggages, you will be carrying so that appropriate transportation are arranged to accommodate guest need.
Meet and greet service at the airport.
According to the laws in California, commercial vehicles with a seating capacity of 8 or more and licensed as a Charter Party Carrier with the Public Utilities Commission are exempt from the car seat law for children under 6 years or 60 pounds. All of our vans fall under this category. We care and respect the law but “safety first”

Relax and Enjoy the Ride
We respect the guest who have pets and want to ride with them in our vehicles. We do accommodate. Please let us know in advance so that proper vehicle can be arranged. Any animal over 15 pounds be in a kennel with the exception of assisted living dogs. Although we do not charge for pets, a $25.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the pet soils the vehicle.
All of our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles.
Drinking alcohol of any kind is prohibited law in our vehicles.
